The 44th Annual International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) for 2011 is in full swing in Las Vegas this year running January 6-9. It has been dubbed the "globe's greatest gathering of gee-whiz electronics", but who would have thought that amid the gadgets, gizmos, and geeks we would find Lady GaGa showing off new products that she was responsible for creating.
Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta born in 1986 and better known as Lady GaGa, came into prominence with the release of her debut album "The Fame" in 2008. Her provocative image quickly sky rocketed her to star status almost overnight as I'm sure you are familiar. But as it turns out she isn't the bobble headed, blonde, pop princess that most people thought she was.
In fact, it was announced at this year's CES that Lady Gaga is Polaroid's new creative Director, and as such they are showing some of the products that she has been credited with from her "Grey Line". Among the new arrivals from Polaroid and Lady GaGa is a mini printer that connects, via Bluetooth, to your cell phone. I wonder how many cell phone pictures are taken every year, and end up being deleted.
Also unveiled is what appears to be a pair of sunglasses, but upon closer investigation we find that not only are they sunglasses but also a camera and a 1.5" OLED screen that can capture and display images and video to people around you.
